What is the experience like?
With more than 100 square meters of set design, you will dive into an intense story where every corner has been crafted in detail. Our cinematic atmosphere will make you feel like you are inside a real movie: lights, sounds, and sets that blur the line between reality and fiction.
But Jack is not just about atmosphere. It is a physical and psychological horror experience. Your mind will be tested… and so will your nerves. It is not all about puzzles: here you will have to face fear, uncertainty, and things that cannot always be explained.

TERROR MODE
The full experience, exactly as it was conceived. No filters. A journey of physical and psychological horror where tension, surprises, and interaction are at their highest level. It includes sound effects, physical contact, actors inside the experience, bravery tests, and a high level of horror.
TENSION MODE
A middle ground for those who want to feel the adrenaline without going to the extreme. You may still encounter appearances and shocking moments, but in a softer and more controlled way than in terror mode.
ADVENTURE MODE
And if you prefer a more accessible version, you can also enjoy Adventure Mode, an experience focused on mystery and exploration, with no jump scares or fear-based interaction, ideal for families or groups looking for a calmer experience.
