What is an escape room?

It’s the latest trend in entertainment! A way to escape from routine where you challenge your mind alongside your friends. It usually takes place in a themed venue that aligns with the story you’re about to experience. There, you will need to solve riddles and logical puzzles to open locks or doors and find the exit.

What’s the difference between Experiencity Colors and other Escape Rooms?

Experiencity Colors doesn’t just offer a game, but a complete experience. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll be immersed in a futuristic agency capable of transporting you to different places. The room’s theming is carefully designed to the finest detail, and all puzzles are crafted according to the room’s theme.

What’s the minimum age to play?

The recommended minimum age for playing is 8 years old, provided that children are accompanied by an adult in any of our games. The rooms that are fully adapted for children to play without an adult can be found in the kids' section.

What type of clothing should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. You might struggle a bit if you come wearing heels or very formal clothes. In some areas, the floor and wall surfaces are uneven due to the setting and decoration of each experience, so we want you to have the best possible immersion, but don’t be overly confident.

Can pregnant women play?

We only recommend playing in advanced stages of pregnancy in the Red and Green Experiences. In any case, we advise you to consult with us before booking.

Can people with disabilities play? And people with heart problems or other health issues?

Our experiences can be played by people with disabilities, but there are some limitations depending on the room. The same applies to people with heart problems or other health conditions. We recommend contacting us, explaining your situation in detail, before making a reservation so we can assist you in choosing the experience that best suits your needs, and if possible, prepare the room accordingly.

What happens if we arrive late?

The experience will be canceled without the possibility of a refund or modification if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the reserved time.

We booked for 5 people, but we’re now 6.

Prices will be adjusted at the end of the experience based on the number of people who attend. If you're unsure how many people will come, book for 2 people, and we will adjust the pricing at the venue.

Is there any feeling of claustrophobia?

Our facilities are designed for up to 7 people to move around comfortably. In addition, we have emergency mechanisms in case any member of the group wishes to leave the game early. Some specific areas of the game may have narrow passages or hard-to-access places to enhance the immersion and experience of your adventure.

Alcohol and drugs?

The company can deny access to anyone who arrives at the venue intoxicated or showing clear signs of drug use. In this case, the experience will be canceled without the possibility of a refund or modification.

Can we have more than 7 people?

It’s not possible. The experiences are designed for a maximum of 7 people, and the experience would suffer if more than the allowed number participates. For large group games, you can check out this link.

Can I celebrate my birthday, farewell, or private event at your venue?

If you want to celebrate a birthday, farewell, or any type of private event, we have a spacious area available to accommodate any celebration at our venue. You can email us at info@experiencity.es to tell us your ideas and we’ll make sure the experience aligns with the occasion.

Nighttime surcharge:

All experiences starting after 11:30 PM have an extra charge of €10 for nocturnal rates.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Cancellations are not accepted, nor are refunds given for reservations. As this is a recreational activity with a specific date or period of execution, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to section l) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Can I modify a reservation?

With less than 48 hours' notice, no changes can be made to the experience, date, or time (unless you have the reservation insurance, in which case changes can be made up to 12 hours before). With more than 48 hours' notice, changing the reservation date may incur a fee of up to €10 for administrative costs. This modification can be made either with a specific date and time, or you can get a voucher to come at a later time without a fixed date. This voucher will be valid for 3 months. Once this voucher is redeemed, the date cannot be postponed again. As this is a recreational activity with a specific date or period of execution, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to section l) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
